چکیده

مقدمه: مدیریت دانش به عنوان یکی از دستاوردهای عصر دانش و اطلاعات، با ورود به قلمرو علوم مختلف، جایگاه خود را مستحکم نموده است. امروزه سازمان‌های موفق با در اختیار گرفتن ابزارهای لازم با رویکرد مدیریت دانش، فرصت‌های مناسبی برای بهینه‌سازی منابع انسانی و سازمانی خود بوجود می‌آورند. دانشگاه‌ها و کتابخانه‌ها، از کانون‌های اصلی تولید و ذخیره دانش محسوب می‌شوند، بنابراین هدف از مطالعه حاضر، مروری بر مفهوم مدیریت دانش و چگونگی پیاده سازی آن در سازمان‌ها (محیط‌های دانشگاهی و کتابخانه‌ای) است.
روش مطالعه: این مطالعه، با مرور منابع و مقالات داخلی و خارجی با موضوع اصلی مدیریت دانش در محیط‌های آموزشی و کتابخانه‌ای انجام گردید. همچنین از موتورهای جستجوگر در اینترنت و سایت‌های علمی و بانک‌های اطلاعاتی نیز استفاده گردید. محدوده زمانی انتخاب مقالات، سال‌های 1399-1384 بود.
یافته‌ها: نتایج مطالعاتی که توسط پژوهشگران در ابعاد مختلف مدیریت دانش صورت گرفته است، تأثیر مثبت و معنادار به‌کارگیری مؤلفه‌های مدیریت دانش با متغیرهای مهم در دانشگاه‌ها و کتابخانه‌ها را نشان می‌دهد. در این تحقیقات، در مواردی نتایج مطلوبتر و در برخی نیز ضعیف گزارش گردیده، ولی بطور کلی همه آنها بر نقش مهم و کلیدی در استفاده از فرایند مدیریت دانش اتفاق نظردارند.
نتیجه‌گیری: دانشگاه‌ها و به خصوص کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی به عنوان مراکز اصلی و سازمان‌های تولید و ذخیره دانش باید به فرایند مدیریت دانش توجه بیشتری داشته باشند و در این زمینه زیرساخت‌های لازم برای پیاده‌سازی آن را فراهم نمایند.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Knowledge management, as one of the achievements of the age of knowledge and information, has strengthened its position by entering the realm of various sciences. Successful organizations today, by acquiring the necessary tools with a knowledge management approach, create good opportunities for optimizing their human and organizational resources. Universities and libraries are the main centers of knowledge production and storage, so the purpose of this study is to review the concept of knowledge management in how it is implemented in organizations (academic and library environments).
Methods: This study was conducted by reviewing the sources and internal and external articles with the main subject of knowledge management in educational and library places. Also, search was used on the Internet, as well as scientific sites and databases. The range of articles selected was from 1995 to 2017.
Results: The results of studies conducted by researchers in different aspects of knowledge management show a positive and significant effect on the usage of knowledge management components with important variables in universities and libraries. In these researches, the results are more favorable and some are reported to be weak, but in general, all of them consensus in the important role of using the knowledge management process.
Conclusion: Universities, and especially university libraries as the main centers and knowledge production and storage organizations, should pay more attention to the knowledge management process and provide the necessary infrastructures to implement it in this regard.
