The present study is an applied one and is a standard questionnaire based on the HSE model in four dimensions. Descriptive and inferential statistics (Mann-Whitney U test and T-test) were used to describe and analyze the data. The study population consisted of Tarbiat Modarres and Shahid Beheshti University students. Members of Tarbiat Modarres and Shahid Beheshti Central Library were enrolled in the study. A total of 26893 students were selected and the sample size was calculated by Cochran formula. Cronbach's alpha was used to assess face content validity and reliability with acceptable reliability (r = 89%).The findings showed that the components of knowledge creation (3.62%), knowledge sharing (1.16%) and knowledge utilization (3.36%) were better in Shahid Beheshti University than Tarbiat Modares University. And knowledge storage (at university with a mean of 1.96%) is better than that of Shahid Beheshti University. The results of the test showed that knowledge management at Shahid Beheshti University with a mean score of 12/12 compared to Tarbiat Modarres University with a mean score of 43/43 was necessary from the students' point of view.

Reflective thinking is the process of using the mind to search for meaning, to understand phenomena, to make decisions, and to solve problems. One of the most important ways to optimize Information-seeking behavior is to use higher-order thinking, especially reflective thinking. The study aimed to predict information-seeking behavior of medical sciences students based on their reflective thinking in English for specific purposes (ESP) courses. The present study is an applied research that adopted a survey method. The participants were 377 students of medical sciences of Kermanshah Medical University and Islamic Azad University Kermanshah branch. Two questionnaires namely, one researcher-made to assess information-seeking behavior and one to measure reflective thinking perceptions of ESP students were employed. The results revealed that the overall mean of information seeking behavior was lower than the expected value (3) indicating that the ESP students were not at an acceptable level of information-seeking behavior. In addition, the mean of reflective thinking was also lower than the expected value (3), showing that the participants’ level of reflection was not satisfactory. In addition, the result of regression analysis results showed that there is a significant relationship between the two variables of reflective thinking and information-seeking behavior. Based on the findings, paying attention to medical sciences students’ reflective thinking is an important issue. When learning ESP comes into play such an importance will be doubled. On the other hand, students would get benefit from information-seeking behavior if they use high levels of reflective thinking.

PurposeUsers' mental image of public libraries reflects their living experience in these places. The accurate understanding of the mental image can help to make accurate and effective policies. This study sought to re-investigate the public library mental image from the perspective of Iranian users.Design/methodology/approachThis research is qualitative research. Semi-structured interview method was used to collect data. In this study to analyze collected data the grounded theory has been considered as the main method. In total, 106 interviews with public library users were conducted in 11 provinces. The collected data were coded in 3 steps. The MAX QDA software was used to encode data. Sampling continued until saturation of the concepts, and finally, after receiving the 106th interview the sampling was completed.FindingsFrom the analysis of the interviews, 131 open codes, 49 primary categories, 20 categories, 10 axial codes were obtained. Results gained in this research shed light on users believe that the library is a place to acquire knowledge as well as a place to spend their leisure time. Also findings revealed the libraries space have not enough harmony. It seems that the negative alignment of user-librarian causes the user reluctance to go to the library. Originality/valueAlthough significant quantitative research has been done on user studies of public libraries, but the qualitative approach has been neglected. In addition, the emphasis on understanding the user's mental image distinguished this research from other research.

ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to determine the interaction of researchers with online information resources and provide solutions to increase the quality of information retrieval.MethodologyIn terms of purpose, the present study is a fundamental research that falls into the category of content analysis research and is based on the underlying theory of Strauss and Corbin (1998) and has been done using Max QDA software. This research is one of the library researches that has used field techniques in terms of data collection method.15 researchers who have the most scientific products and naturally have more interaction with information and search for resources, were selected by judgmental sampling and They have been interviewed.FindingsIn this study, which was interviewed with 15 researchers, it was found that researchers mostly refer to Google search engine and databases of Science Direct, Web of Science and Scopus. They also use advanced search and simple search to find their information. They are also familiar with scientific social networks and have been the most visited and researched by Research Gate, LinkedIn and Academia. They were largely satisfied with the quality and accessibility of online resources, but wanted the information organization to have a single standard and order. ConclusionBased on the results of the interviews, we obtained a model that showed that researchers categorize the retrieved information into four components:1.Useful overt information 2. Useful hidden information 3. Useless overt information and 4. Annoying overt information

Introduction: Knowledge management, as one of the achievements of the age of knowledge and information, has strengthened its position by entering the realm of various sciences. Successful organizations today, by acquiring the necessary tools with a knowledge management approach, create good opportunities for optimizing their human and organizational resources. Universities and libraries are the main centers of knowledge production and storage, so the purpose of this study is to review the concept of knowledge management in how it is implemented in organizations (academic and library environments).Methods: This study was conducted by reviewing the sources and internal and external articles with the main subject of knowledge management in educational and library places. Also, search was used on the Internet, as well as scientific sites and databases. The range of articles selected was from 1995 to 2017.Results: The results of studies conducted by researchers in different aspects of knowledge management show a positive and significant effect on the usage of knowledge management components with important variables in universities and libraries. In these researches, the results are more favorable and some are reported to be weak, but in general, all of them consensus in the important role of using the knowledge management process.Conclusion: Universities, and especially university libraries as the main centers and knowledge production and storage organizations, should pay more attention to the knowledge management process and provide the necessary infrastructures to implement it in this regard.

The purpose of this paper was to investigate the effect of targeted organizational forgetfulness on the capacity to attract knowledge with the mediating role of human capital in Ministry of Sport and Youth. The research method was causal and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population was 450 people of which 213 were considered as statistical samples. The sampling method was stratified random. Data collection tools were the Questionnaire for attracting the capacity of knowledge of Minbaeva et al. (2003), the questionnaire of targeted organizational Forgotten Moshabaki et al. (2012), and the human capital questionnaire of Pike et al. (2002). The sampling method was a simple random one. The validity of the questionnaires was again confirmed by experts and the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the questionnaires was higher than 0.7. The results showed that targeted organizational forgetfulness has a significant effect on human capital and knowledge absorption capacity, and human capital has a significant effect on knowledge absorption capacity. In general, targeted organizational forgetfulness has a significant effect on the capacity to absorb knowledge through the mediating role of human capital. Knowledge acquisition is influenced by the release of unprofitable organizational knowledge and the creation of change and development by increasing the individual abilities and skills of employees. In fact, in order to attract new knowledge and apply new knowledge in the field of sports or sports organizations, it is necessary to make changes in the organization, which can be done with the help of staff empowerment.

Purpose: Knowledge Organizing is one of the oldest and most basic topics in Library and information science Whose main domain is immutable over time; However, the environment in which the organization operates has changed dramatically and will continue to change. Published research often describes only certain aspects that show only a partial picture of the perspective of its knowledge organization research. In fact, it is difficult for researchers to get an overview of this field by reviewing such articles. Scientometric methods are expected to help meet this need. This study aims to investigate the centrality indicators in the co-authorship network of Persian articles in the field of knowledge organization.Methodology: This research is an applied type that has done with the approach of scientometrics and analysis of social networks. The research data were selected from 106 keywords of his knowledge organization in the title field, which were selected after consultation with subject matter experts in this field; Together with all the articles published in selected journals of information science and epistemology indexed in the Islamic World Science Citation center from 1378 to 1398. Finally, the retrieved records were limited to research papers, conference papers, and review papers and limited to the subject of Library and information filed. Out of 1482 authors who were involved in the publication of 1410 articles, 168 with at least 4 articles were analyzed using UCINET software. Objective: This study has developed a model of appropriate relationship between knowledge management system with three components of project management, technology management and research and development management in the National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company. The statistical population of this research consists of managers and experts of the National Iranian Oil Products Refining and Distribution Company. To measure the research variables, the standard questionnaire of Fong and Chi knowledge management, which includes the sections of knowledge management dimensions, the project management questionnaire of Enrico et al., Mahmoudi Technology Management Questionnaire and Moghimi Research and Development Management Questionnaire were used. Oil Organization participated in completing the research questionnaire. The reliability and validity of the questionnaires were also evaluated in this study. Cronbach's alpha was used to determine its reliability, its value was estimated to be 0.752.Results: Data analysis at two levels, descriptive statistics using spss16 software and used for confirmatory factor analysis, good knowledge management fit, technology management, project management and research and development management as well as validity and reliability, PLS software Took.Conclusion: The results of testing the hypotheses indicate the confirmation of research hypotheses and the existence of a positive and significant effect of knowledge management on technology management, project management and research and development management.Keywords: Knowledge Management, Technology Management, Project Management, Research and Development Management, National Iranian Petroleum Refining and Distribution Company.

Objective: The expansion of e-business and the need to satisfy customers has doubled the understanding of ethical issues related to e-commerce. The purpose of this study is to extract ethical standards in e-business and prioritize them using a mixed approach.Methodology: The research method, in the first stage, is qualitative and data-based theory theory, and then the structural equation modeling and hierarchical analysis (AHP) methods are used. In the first stage, 23 e-business managers in Tehran were interviewed. A questionnaire was also distributed among 209 personnel working in e-business and to prioritize the criteria, a pairwise comparison questionnaire was distributed among 15 people from the same 23 previous experts.Findings: 5 components of customer information security, customer privacy, customer trust, fulfillment of commitments and service updates were extracted as ethical criteria for e-business managers. The effect of all components except fulfillment of commitments on the growth of e-banking was confirmed.Results: Finally, it was concluded that compliance with ethical standards by e-businesses has a high impact on customer acceptance of these businesses and business growth.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the relationship between information literacy and professional ethics, knowledge sharing and social capital of librarians of public libraries in East Azerbaijan province.Method: The present study is applied. The research method is descriptive-correlation and specifically based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population includes all the staff of public libraries of East Azerbaijan province with 370 people. 250 of them were selected by simple random sampling. Four standard questionnaires were used to collect information in this study.Findings: The findings showed that information literacy, professional ethics and knowledge sharing in librarians are high and social capital is moderate. There is also a positive and significant relationship between information literacy and professional ethics, knowledge sharing and social capital, and this means that information literacy has a direct effect on professional ethics, knowledge sharing and social capital.Conclusion: Strengthening the level of information literacy promotes the level of professional ethics, knowledge sharing and social capital of public library librarians. Therefore, public library managers should try to increase their information literacy in order to strengthen the professional ethics, knowledge sharing and social capital of librarians.

This research is an applied and quantitative studies. Data were collected using documentary and survey methods and random sampling. The statistical population of this study consists of 30 employees of the Novin Daneshpajoohan Institute, but due to the small number of these people and at the discretion of the supervisor, sampling was not performed. Questionnaire questions were used according to the Likert scale of five options, and the standard knowledge management questionnaire of Sharon Lawson (2003) was used. The validity of the questionnaire was evaluated and confirmed by professors specializing in this field, and the reliability of the questionnaire was evaluated with Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.871). SPSS software was used to analyze the data and pls software was used to fit the model and present a suitable model. Statistical-descriptive methods, mean, standard deviation were used. According to the results of Pearson test, it was found that the significant level of competitive advantage with the components of knowledge management, including knowledge creation, knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage, knowledge dissemination and knowledge application is less than 0.05, and all have Communication is meaningful. According to the findings of structural equations, it was found that the value of t-statistic of all hypotheses is more than 1.96 and all components of knowledge management have a significant relationship with competitive advantage. Also, according to Q2, SRMR, NFI and GOF indicators, the model has a good fit.According to the present results, it seems that knowledge management has been considered as important components.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of transformational leadership on opening up for change through innovation and organizational learning. The present study was applied in terms of purpose and correlational in terms of how to collect descriptive information. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all faculty members of the Islamic Azad University, Isfahan Branch, numbering 380 people. Olivier (2000) and Miller et al. (2009) Openness Questionnaire; Ismail et al. (2002) Organizational Innovation Questionnaire; Structural equation modeling was performed on the results of the study showed that transformational leadership through organizational learning has a positive and significant effect on openness to change, which is a coefficient of 0.45, and through organizational innovation on openness to change has a positive effect. It is significant that the coefficient of this effect is 0.44 and also the transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the openness to change, the coefficient of this effect is 0.66.

This article identifies the use of a variety of standard formats for storing video, text, multimedia and audio resources in the digital collections of 20 selected national libraries around the world. This study is applied, based on descriptive-analytical method. For data collection we used researcher-made questionnaire. After collecting data, a variety of descriptive statistical techniques such as frequency distribution and frequency percentage and Chi-square test were used to analysis the dat. Based on the results, it was found that image sources were used in all studied collections and cultural objects were less popular with a share of 41%, for TIFF image sources (94%); HTML and XML text sources (75%); WAV audio sources (65%) and AVI multimedia sources (65%) were the most common. The research community had the least amount of diversity of use in the field of multimedia resource storage research findings emphasis on the use of EPUB for ease of reading books on e-readers, GP3 was recommended to increase the usability of the mobile version of the digital library, WARC as a special format for web archiving, for long-term protection of digital content of national libraries, because these three The format had the lowest usage in the statistical community.

Purpose: Considering that citation is one of the important criteria in measuring the relevance and impact of research publications, the current study examines the possibility of predicting the number of citations received by semantic web products through Citescore indicators. SNIP and SJR are publications in this field.Methodology: The present study is of a fundamental type that has been done in a descriptive manner with a scientometrics approach. The statistical population of this research includes 42,270 documents produced in the field of semantics that have been published by journals indexed in the Scopus database between 1960-2021. After the initial review, 10 titles of the seminary and semantic production journals that have published 15182 titles of scientific productions in this field were selected as a statistical sample. In order to investigate the relationships between research variables, the Pearson correlation coefficient test and multiple linear regression were used with the help of Excel and SPSS software.Results: According to (r = 0.860; p = 0.812) there is no correlation between the number of citations and the SNIP index. Abstractaim: The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of research outputs of ten first level universities in Iran in the field of psychology during the years 2021-2010.Methodology: The method of this research was applied and was performed using scientometric and altmetric indices. The research community of research outputs of ten first level universities in Iran in the field of psychology indexed in the Scopus database was selected. Data were extracted from Scival, Altmetric Explorer and Seoul databases. To analyze data from Microsoft Excel software (descriptive statistics) and SPSS. Version 22 (correlation test) was used.Results: The results showed that the University of Tehran had a better situation in terms of quantity and number of citations received, but Tarbiat Modares University had a better performance in terms of the quality of research outputs. Findings showed that research outputs with high international collaborations had favorable citations. Main purpose is to identify current situation of digital resources in digital libraries of public universities in Tehran and to provide a solution to improve their situation. Current situation of digital resources in terms of variety of formats,and thematic areas of information resources, and identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of digital resources have been identified.Research based on criterion of purpose in the applied research group and criterion of time of data collection in the group of survey research, based on the criterion of the nature of data and the basis of research of a quantitative research and the criterion of characteristics of a research subject or correlation. The type of research data with primary data and the method of data collection is a field research using the logging technique and based on the criterion of the depth of an expansive research. The statistical population is all digital libraries of public universities in Tehran. SWAT tools have been used to formulate solutions and be aware of the conditions and to analyze and evaluate the situation of the studied population, and SPSS statistical software and spreadsheet software have been used to analyze the data. 50% of libraries report the type of template used in their information sources in text. 25.4% of libraries report their existing digital source type as an e-book. All libraries have reported their digital source format in PDF. Results showed that public universities in Tehran have a long way to go before they become digital libraries.

This research has been carried out with the purpose of explaining the relationship between cybernetic management and the effectiveness of teachers in conservatories in the 3rd district of education in Isfahan city, using a descriptive, correlational survey method. The statistical population of the study includes all students in the 3rd district of education in Isfahan, numbering 500. The sample size was estimated at 217 using the Krejcie-Morgan table. Simple random sampling method was used to select the samples. The simple random sampling method was used to select the samples. The standard questionnaire of Byrne Baum (1988) and the Parsons (1969) effectiveness questionnaire were used to collect the data required for the research. The reliability of each questionnaire was calculated based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.81 and 0.79, respectively. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov formula was used to determine the normality of data distribution, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to determine the reliability of data collection tools, and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to test the hypotheses. Data were analyzed using SPSS26 statistical software. The findings showed that from the point of view of the teachers of the conservatories of Isfahan city, cybernetic management has an effectiveness of 0.412 and with each of its components (innovation, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and organizational health), respectively, at a rate of 0.428. There is a positive relationship of 0.398, 0.527 and 0.417.

The main purpose of university libraries as service and non-profit organizations is to connect the university community with knowledge and information through the provision of efficient services. measuring the quality of services and the performance of libraries also has its own difficulties and inequalitie. with the advent of technology-based electronic and digital services and the need to learn related skills, the quality of services and the performance of university libraries has changed. the aim is to identify the factors affecting the quality of services and performance of university libraries. Using the meta-syntesis method, 311 research indexed in internal scientific databases, were retrived and reviewed between 1384 and 1401, on the quality of services and performance of university libraries. After refining the retrived records, 59 works were selected. The result of applying the meta-syntesis is the extraction of five important and effective criteria on quality, finally to summarize and report in the form of tables and a systematic model.The results of this study consider the aspects of human resources, information resources and services, facilities, executive management and financial resources to be effective in improving the quality of services and the effectiveness of the performance of university libraries. The purpose of this research is to present the experience of Semnan University students in virtual education. The covid-19 pandemic caused the widespread use of virtual space capacities and technological tools in education, but the unpreparedness of students and information technology users has brought challenges for them. This qualitative research seeks to know the experience of Semnan University students in the psychology faculty who had positive or negative experiences in encountering the new information space. A semi-structured interview was used to collect data. The gathered data were analyzed via the qualitative data analysis methods by using the Grounded Theory method and by using Max QDA. More than 72 interviews were conducted until data saturation (after 52 interviews). The findings showed that despite various challenges and disadvantages such as the weakness of the Internet, and hardware and software problems, the students of Semnan University Psychology Faculty have welcomed this type of education due to the advantages of virtual education. Although there were different views about the future of virtual education among the students present in the present study, the interesting point in the findings of this study was that despite the desire for face-to-face education by individuals, the desire for integrated education was also widespread among the interviewers. The interviewers preferred virtual training with special conditions to face-to-face training. Conditions in which the problems and challenges associated with the use of virtual education are minimized. The current research is original in terms of the research community and research methodology.

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of organizational culture on knowledge concealment with the role of politeness in the workplace and rejection in the workplace. The present study was applied in terms of its purpose and descriptive in terms of correlational data collection. The statistical population of this research was all the employees of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari universities, whose number is 2255 people, according to the size of each region, a sample size of 660 people was selected using Cochran's formula, and the sample people were selected using the stratified sampling method. They were chosen according to the volume of each floor. The research tools are the standard questionnaire of incivility in the workplace by Cortina et al. (2001), the standard questionnaire of organizational culture by Jaghargh et al. (2012) and the standard questionnaire of knowledge concealment by Conley et al. (2012) and the standard questionnaire of rejection in the workplace by Faris. et al. (2008) that the validity of the questionnaires was examined based on the content, form and structure validity and after the necessary terms the validity was confirmed and on the other hand the reliability of the questionnaires was 0.88 and 0.89 respectively by Cronbach's alpha method. 0.0, 0.87 and 0.90 The results of the research showed that organizational culture has a significant relationship with knowledge concealment, and in addition, rejection in the workplace and incivility in the workplace create positive channels between organizational culture and knowledge concealment as mediators.

Purpose: The purpose of the present study is to investigate the compliance of the research information system of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz with the technical and information criteria of the web environment.Research method: descriptive-applied and combined with quantitative and qualitative methods. In the systematic review section, the theme analysis method was used to extract the technical and information criteria of the web environment, and in this regard, the basic, organizing and comprehensive themes were extracted. In a quantitative part, descriptive statistics tests (frequency and percentage) have been used to check the compliance of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz research information system with the technical and information criteria of the web environment.Findings: results of the research in the field of compliance of the research information system of Shahid Chamran University with technical criteria showed 46 basic themes and 7 organizing themes and in field of information criteria, a research system including 51 basic themes and 7 organizing themes. Also, according to the examination and compliance of the research information system of Shahid Chamran University with technical standards in web environment, it has been determined that the contents in system are not properly organized and the support for different parts of system is not provided, and besides that, system guide in There are no different sections.Result: The research information system of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz is 47.05% compatible with the information criteria of the web environment and needs a serious revision in its technical and informational structure.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to study the effect of knowledge management on the performance of technology commercialization with mediating role of organizational innovation in Sepahan Battery Company.Methodology: The current research is a survey research in which a standard questionnaire was used to collect data. The statistical population of this article is the employees of the commercialization unit of this Company with about 100 people. By distributing the questionnaire among 80 of them, 70 questionnaires were returned for statistical analysis. The questionnaire contains 32 questions as many as the explanatory indicators of the research structures. To check the validity (convergent and divergent validity), the structural equation technique, partial least square method, and three criteria of factor loading coefficients, Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability were used to check the reliability of the questionnaire.Findings: Examining the results of the research using the structural equation modeling technique using the partial least squares method showed that knowledge management has a significant effect on organizational innovation with a value of 0.508. Knowledge management has a significant effect on technology commercialization performance with a value of 0.345. The mediation of organizational innovation in the knowledge management relationship has a significant effect on technology commercialization performance with a value of 0.373.Conclusion: The survival and the creation of a sustainable competitive advantage for this company depends on the continuous improvement of organizational knowledge management, providing a platform for creating and applying organizational innovations, and as a result, improving the performance of technology commercialization.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine whether PlumX Altmetric scores can predict the Scopus citation counts for the field of Particle Physics. Also, to examine the relationship between the number of citations received by particle physics highly cited documents in Scopus and their Altmetric scores in PlumX. The sample consists of 103 highly cited documents in Particle Physics indexed during 2000-2019 in Scopus. In order to examine the relationship between Scopus citation counts and PlumX Altmetric scores, Spearman’s correlation test and multiple regression analysis used. The result of the Spearman’s correlation analysis shows a strong relationship between the number of PlumX citations and Scopus citations. Furthermore, PlumX Captures and PlumX Mentions have a significant relationship with Scopus citation counts, but there is no relationship between PlumX Usage and PlumX Social Media. The results of regression analysis show that PlumX Citations, Captures, Usage, Mentions, and Social Media, respectively predict 62, 60, 55, and 47 percent of Scopus citation counts. Based on these results, one can conclude that PlumX Altmetric scores can predict the number of Scopus citations, and an increase in activity in PlumX lays the ground for receiving more citations by documents in Scopus.

he purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between information literacy with organizational creativity and job performance of public librarians in Kermanshah province.This research has been done by descriptive-correlation method. The statistical population of this study consists of all librarians of public libraries in Kermanshah province (170 persons). Based on Cochran formula, 118 individuals were selected as sample. The sampling method used was stratified random sampling. Three standard questionnaires were used to collect data: Qasemi Information Literacy (2007), Dorabaji et al (1998) and Paterson Job Performance (1970). The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient and was 0.81, 0.93 and 0.97, respectively, indicating that the questionnaires have a good reliability. Descriptive indices, Pearson correlation coefficient and Sobel test were used to analyze the data and test the research hypotheses.The results showed that librarians who are more creative and high performing, have more information literacy, and can achieve higher goals. Therefore, it can be said that increasing information literacy among librarians makes them more creative and enhances their job performance and consequently improves the performance of public libraries.Based on the results,it can be said that increasing information literacy among librarians makes them more creative and enhances their job performance and consequently improves the performance of public libraries. The export performance of companies is influenced by various internal and external factors, some of the internal factors, such as knowledge of target markets and presence in international production networks, are among the companies' intellectual capital. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of intellectual capital and its components on export and sales of the company. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of data collection. To estimate the intellectual capital, we used the Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC) method, and to measure exports, we used the ratio of export to total sales, and we also used multivariate regression analysis to investigate the impact of two variables. The data is for a 5-year period (2015 to 2019) from all the manufacturing companies present in the Tehran Stock Exchange (195 companies) were selected. The results of the hypothesis test indicate a positive relationship between intellectual capital and export as well as sale. Of course, contrary to the initial expectation, there was no evidence of the effectiveness of human and structural capital on the export and total. Also, physical capital, as one of the components of Value Added Intellectual Coefficient calculation, has a positive impact on the export and sales. These results can be indicative of the fact that among the major listed companies of the country, knowledge-oriented components of intellectual capital such as human capital and structural capital have not found their real place in influencing international performance in comparison with physical capital.

The present study aimed to identify the challenges of the purposefulness of academic research towards role-playing in solving the problems and issues in Iran. The researchers used a qualitative approach by content analysis to achieve this aim. The participants in the study included 16 connoisseurs from universities and research institutes who were selected based on the purposeful sampling method of the type of criterion. The tool for data collection was a semi-structured interview and the method of data analysis was an inductive content analysis. To check the credibility of the findings of the study, three methods; member check, triangulation, and peer check were used. The findings showed that the challenges of the purposefulness of academic research towards role-playing in solving the problems and issues in Iran can be divided into four main categories and eight sub-categories included; institutional challenges (the weakness of the promotion regulations of faculty members in not assigning special points to applied and problem-oriented research, the lack of a monitoring system and appropriate accreditation), organizational challenges (inappropriate distribution of the ratio of faculty members to students, lack of allocation of operational and problem-oriented budgets in universities, lack of attention to mission orientation in attracting faculty members and students), environmental challenges (incomplete cycle of science, technology, and innovation, low demand from institutions and organizations to conduct applied research) and individual challenges (inability and low willingness of faculty members to solve society's problems).

Organizational political decisions are behaviors that are not foreseen in the individual's job description, and a person tries to influence and influence others by relying on them. Therefore, the aim of the current research was to investigate organizational political decisions and innovation in interaction with knowledge Hiding. In this regard, 184 faculty members and professors of the Islamic Azad University, Naraq Branch,as total population sampling, were selected as a sample. The data were collected using five-item Likert questionnaires of 12-item organizational political decisions by Kacmar and Ferris (1991), three-item knowledge concealment by Serenko and Bontis (2016), 13-item creativity and innovation of people, Zhou and George (2001), and 5-item professional commitment by Chang and Choi (2007), Collection and hypotheses were analyzed using structural equation method and Sobel test and using Amos software. . The results showed: Organizational political decisions can have a direct effect on creativity and innovation of people, as well as an indirect effect through knowledge hiding. In addition, it was found that the positive relationship between organizational political decisions and knowledge hiding is moderated by professional commitment in such a way that people with a high level of professional commitment are more inclined to be less involved in achieving their career goals even in a political work environment, Decisions to knowledge hiding. The present study aimed to investigate the effect of knowledge sharing on the metacognition of English as a foreign language (EFL) teachers with the mediation of creativity in the era of Covid-19. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive survey in terms of method. The statistical population of the research includes English language teaching faculty members who were teaching in state and non-state universities of Iran. Out of a total of 450 questionnaires sent to the teachers' emails, 300 were returned, of which 288 questionnaires were found usable. Therefore, the sample size was considered equal to 288 based on the available sampling method. Data collection was done using three questionnaires, include, knowledge sharing, creativity, and metacognition. The results of Cronbach's test showed a desirable level of reliability for the knowledge-sharing questionnaire (0.793), the creativity questionnaire (0.921), and the metacognition questionnaire (0.752). In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics, multiple regression, and path analysis were used with SPSS 23 and Amos 21 software. The findings of the research showed that the variables of participation in writing, organizational communication, personal relationships, and group activity were able to explain the changes related to creativity. Among these variables, only participation in writing could explain the changes related to metacognition. In addition, the creativity variable was able to explain changes related to metacognition. In general, the results indicated that teachers who have higher degrees of knowledge-sharing are more creative in teaching and this may help to develop metacognition.

The current research was conducted with the aim of explaining the information-seeking behavior of Allameh Tabataba'i University faculty members based on Belkin Episode Model for use in selective dissemination of information services. In terms of its nature and purpose, it was of an applied type and was done with a survey-analytical method. The studied population consisted of 562 faculty members of Allameh Tabataba'i University, and the research sample consisted of 226 people who were selected by stratified random method. The tool used for data collection was a semi-structured questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by three subject experts, and the reliability of the questionnaire was estimated to be 0.90 by calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS software. The findings of the research showed that the information-seeking behavior of faculty members is at an "average level" and is far from the desired level. As a result, it seems that the design of the databases, the suggested keywords and key phrases of databases, and the capabilities and facilities of the database search system for users for the purpose of conceptual searches should be designed more user-oriented to solve the information needs and improve the information-seeking behavior of faculty members. to help In addition, the faculty members' use of subject thesauruses in order to use specialized terms in order to retrieve information sources that match their information needs can also be a way forward.

Objective: The aim of this study was to study of the effect of user satisfaction on the relationship between perceived information quality and conative use of information system (Case study: National Iranian Drilling Company).Method: The research was applied in terms of type and analytical in terms of survey method. The statistical population included all organizational users of information systems in the National Iranian Drilling Company in the amount of 3700, of which 348 were randomly selected based on Cochran's formula. Data collection tools were questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was accepted by confirmatory factor analysis. Cronbach's alpha method was used to determine its reliability, the value of which was estimated to be higher than 0.7 for the initial questionnaire (30 people). In this research, to analyze data from descriptive and inferential statistics with the help of software SPSS and AMOS were used.Results: Based on the results, users' perception of information quality has an effect of 0.87 on their satisfaction with the information system. Users' perception of information quality affects their innovative use of information system by 0.31. In addition, user satisfaction has a significant effect on the relationship between users' perception of information quality and their innovative use of the information system in the National Iranian Drilling Company (β = 0.283)Conclusion: According to the results, conative use as a consequence of users' perception of the results of interaction with the system is debatable.

the purpose this research was the prediction of teachers' organizational development according to perceived knowledge-based leadership with mediating role of job passion and organizational happiness. The type of research was descriptive- correlational, and the statistical population included all primary teachers of Khorram Abad city (N=1940), that the sample size (n=352) was obtained based on Cochran Formulate and stratified random sampling. Data collection tools in this research are four questionnaires knowledge-based leadership, organizational growth, job passion and organizational happiness in a Likert five-scale. The questionnaires validity were determined as face and construction. The questionnaires reliability were obtained through Cronbach's alpha coefficient for organizational growth 0.95, knowledge-based leadership 0.91, job passion 0.93 and organizational happiness 0.90. In order to analyze the research data, statistical software SPSS version 26 and Amos Graphics were used at the descriptive and inferential levels. The results showed that the mean of the knowledge-oriented leadership variable (23.28) was higher than the average (18), the mean of the organizational happiness (86.8) was higher than the average (69), the mean of organizational growth (68.63) was higher than average 75 and mean of job passion (64/44) is higher than average (51). The total effects of knowledge-based leadership on job passion, organizational happiness and organizational growth were positive and significant, and the total effects of job passion and organizational happiness on organizational growth were positive and significant, and the mediating role of job passion and organizational happiness in the effect of knowledge-oriented leadership on organizational growth became a positive and significant.

The research population was 250 users of hospital information systems, of which 151 were selected randomly. Data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire based on previous research tools. The instrument's content validity approved. The confirmatory factor analysis and its reliability were confirmed using Cronbach's alpha (α=0.85). Data were analyzed by SPSS and Amos software.Findings: The findings showed that information culture (β = 0.20 and t-value = 2.440), organizational ownership of information (β = 0.18 and t-value = 2.165), tendency to share information (β = 0.22 and t-value = 2.708), job independence (β = 0.17 and t-value = 2.119), comfort with computer (β = 0.24 and t-value = 2.929) and The characteristics of computer-based information (β = 0.17 and t-value = 2.055) have an effect on the use of the health information system of Amir al-Mominin Hospital of Ahvaz.Result: The result is that the use of hospital information systems is a complex multidimensional issue and various individual, cultural, organizational and technological characteristics have an effect on it.

It is the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Tehran, whose number is estimated to be 151. Using the Sample Power software, the sample size was estimated to be 130 people. The analysis of the data obtained using the structural equation method through the software Amos software is done. The results of the current research indicated that organizational exclusion had an effect on Knowledge hiding and 46% of the variance of the Knowledge hiding variable was explained by the Organizational Ostracism variable. Instrumental thinking has had an effect on Knowledge hiding, and 18% of the variance of the Knowledge hiding variable is explained by the instrumental thinking variable, and in the relationship between instrumental thinking and Organizational Ostracism, Self-Sacrificial Leadership has a partial mediating role Knowledge hiding. According to the findings of the research, it can be concluded that the problem of Knowledge hiding among university professors is affected by two factors: Organizational Ostracism and instrumental thinking, and not paying attention to the growth of these two components can endanger the cycle of improvement and sharing of knowledge in the long term, therefore attention to the component Self-Sacrificial Leadership and helping to improve it can play an important role in instrumental thinking and Organizational Ostracism.

Considering the importance and necessity of cybernetics in various subjects, this research was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of the role of cybernetics in the marketing and development of information resources in university libraries. This research is of the correlation type and based on the method of obtaining the required data in the category of descriptive-survey research and according to its purpose, it is an applied research. The statistical population studied in this research are all managers and librarians of university libraries and students of information science and epistemology in Tehran city, based on Cochran's formula, the statistical sample size was determined to be 242 people. The sampling method is stratified random In order to measure the research variables, Birnbaum standard questionnaires (2013) were used. The validity of the questionnaire was determined using the opinions of experts and experts and their reliability was determined using Cronbach's alpha of 91%. To test the hypotheses, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Spearman correlation, Friedman, Shannon entropy technique, chi-square and binomial test were used. The results showed that cybernetics and its components have an impact on the marketing and development of information resources in academic libraries. Among the cybernetic components, the leadership component has the most impact and hard and loose operations have the least impact on the marketing and development of information resources in academic libraries.

Purpose: The purpose of the present study is to investigate the mediating role of innovation in the relationship between organizational wisdom and knowledge management in public libraries in Qom province. Method: The present applied research was conducted with a descriptive and correlational method. In the current research, the data was collected through three standard questionnaires (Lawson's knowledge management questionnaire, Albrecht's organizational wisdom and Jazni's job innovation). The statistical population included 112 librarians of public libraries in Qom province, 86 of whom were selected as samples by simple random sampling. The reliability of the research tool was determined using Cronbach's alpha test. Findings/Results: The results showed that the score of the study participants in the three variables of knowledge management, organizational wisdom and innovation is significantly different and higher than the average. The results indicate that organizational wisdom and innovation were significant predictors of knowledge management separately. The results showed that there is a significant positive correlation between organizational wisdom and innovation. The results indicated that organizational wisdom is a significant predictor of knowledge management and innovation, while innovation did not play a mediating role in the relationship between organizational wisdom and knowledge management. Other findings showed that gender, degree and field of study had no effect on the average scores of knowledge management, organizational wisdom and innovation.

The aim of this study was to investigate the views of administrators and librarians of Allameh Tabataba'i University libraries on digital preservation in the cloud environment.The present study is applied in nature and with a descriptive-survey method in two stages. In the first stage, by reviewing the texts of a researcher-made questionnaire with five components: " This questionnaire was designed on a five-point Likert scale and its reliability was 0.852 using Cronbach's alpha. In the second stage, the collected data were analyzed based on descriptive statistics (mean, median, standard deviation and variance) and one-sample t-test. Friedman test was also used to rank the factor of "possible challenges and barriers".Findings showed that the majority of participants were moderately familiar with the concepts of digital protection in the cloud environment. Also, from the point of view of managers and librarians of Allameh Tabataba'i University libraries, "the state of data trust and security in cloud protection" and "the availability of technological infrastructure for cloud protection in the university" is at a desirable level (p <0.05). "The organizational situation of the university for protection in the cloud environment" is at a moderate and relatively desirable level and "Knowledge and awareness required in cloud protection in librarians" is at a relatively undesirable level (p-value >0.05).

The purpose of the current research was to investigate the impact of the intergenerational culture of the organization on innovation with the mediating role of knowledge sharing among employees of Shiraz University. The research method is descriptive correlation type. The statistical population of the research included all the employees of Shiraz University in the number of 700 people, of which 248 people were selected using simple random sampling method. The tools of this research included the intergenerational culture questionnaire of King and Brandt (2017), knowledge sharing by van den Hoof and de Ryder (2004), and Holman et al.'s (2012) innovative behavior. The content validity of the questionnaires was approved by the experts and the reliability of the questionnaires was estimated by Cronbach's alpha method as 0.91, 0.81 and 0.84 respectively. Data analysis was done at two descriptive and inferential levels including Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation model. The results of the research showed that the existence of an intergenerational constructive culture has a positive and significant effect on the growth of knowledge sharing behavior. In addition, knowledge sharing behavior also has a positive and significant effect on the growth of employees' innovation. Also, intergenerational culture in university has a positive but insignificant effect on employee innovation. Therefore, the intergenerational culture in the university can influence the innovation of the employees due to the knowledge sharing behavior.

Thesauruses are tools for representing semantic information and provide concepts, terms and relationships between them. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of creating a list of the main words of Persian textbooks for the six grades of elementary school. The current research is a combination of content analysis and synonym analysis approach in the design of thesaurus in terms of practical purpose and method. The statistical population of this research includes 10 experts in this field based on targeted sampling; and also 6 Persian books are elementary level, 240 experts from the Educational Research and Planning Organization of the Ministry of Education were also asked about the determination of tags and terms in textbooks with a statistical sample of 148 people based on Morgan's table. By extracting the main concepts, determining the hierarchies and relationships between words by extracting them from elementary course textbooks, and standardization was done with the help of Raver matrix software. As a result of this research, 631 main words of textbooks were extracted from the most frequently used words by users and also by experts. The use of this method is effective in completing the process of compiling elementary school textbooks and making it systematic for students and teachers to access resources and also to facilitate the storage and retrieval of information for general users.

Introduction: . The aim of the present research is to identify and rank the factors influencing knowledge sharing in the public library institutions of the country and to provide a model for implementing knowledge sharing in that organization.Methodology: In this research, a mixed-method approach has been used, employing various tools for data collection. These tools include library studies, semi-structured interviews, and questionnaires. The population of this research includes managers, administrative staff, and county heads in the public library institutions of the country. The research sample consists of 28 experts selected, and sampling was done using cluster sampling method.Findings: The results of the comprehensive analysis led to the identification of 92 codes, 13 indicators, and 4 main dimensions of technological, cultural, organizational, and individual aspects in the implementation of knowledge sharing.Conclusion: The results showed that the technological dimension has the most significant impact, while the cultural dimension has the least impact on the implementation of knowledge sharing in the public library institutions of the country. Ultimately, the model of implementing knowledge sharing at 6 levels, with indicators of functional processes, internal processes, strategic processes, and organizational belonging perception being the most influential, and indicators of information acquisition processes and knowledge transfer processes being the most affected.

This research aims to explore the motivation to participate in intra-organizational knowledge sharing. The current research was conducted qualitatively based on the interpretive paradigm and with a developmental applied approach. To collect data, library sources and semi-structured interviews were used. The statistical population of the research was the faculty members of Payam Noor University, who were selected based on criteria for a purposeful sample of 16 people. The validity and reliability of the data obtained from the interviews were obtained by using the acceptability criteria and the ability to confirm and retest. Data analysis was done using the Grounded Theory method and coding process in three stages of open, central, and selective coding. The codings were drawn in all three stages of explanation and the motivation model for intra-organizational knowledge sharing for the faculty members of Payam Noor University based on the foundation data method. The results of the research in the qualitative part showed that the four categories of strategic alignment of knowledge sharing, management factors, individual factors, and content creation, in this research, the sharing environment, educational aspects, evaluation, technical issues, infrastructure, and information issues are the main contextual factors. Two categories of personality factors of members and instability of organizational culture are considered as intervening categories. Abstract Introduction: The aim of this research is to examine the effects of organizational commitment and trust on knowledge sharing and knowledge application among employees of public library institutions in Iran. Methodology: The present research method is descriptive and survey-based and serves its purpose. The statistical population of this study includes managers, administrative staff and district managers of the country's public libraries. The research sample consists of 218 individuals selected through cluster sampling. The data collection tools for this research are as follows: For knowledge sharing, the questionnaire of Chai et al. (2007); for engagement, the questionnaire from Ouakouak & Ouedraogo (2019); for trust, the Yatg and Peng (2009) questionnaire; and the questionnaire from Ouakouak & Ouedraogo (2019) for knowledge application. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to check the normality of the data and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to assess reliability using SPSS26 software. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistical indicators such as frequency distribution and inferential statistics, as well as structural equation modeling with Smart PLS.Results: The results showed that professional trust and affective commitment have a positive and significant influence on the knowledge sharing variable, whereas continuous commitment and personal trust have no influence on knowledge sharing. The knowledge exchange variable has a positive and significant influence on knowledge application. Conclusion: The results showed that knowledge sharing acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between affective commitment and knowledge application; and between professional trust and knowledge application.

The present study was conducted with the aim of the structural equation modeling of the relationship between emotional intelligence, communication skills, social media literacy, and knowledge sharing among Librarians of public libraries in East Azarbaijan province. This research is based on the nature and general characteristics, quantitative; and based on the research and data collection method, it is a description of the correlation type based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population of the research was the librarians of the public libraries of East Azarbaijan province in 1401 (n=401). Four standard questionnaires, including the Schutte emotional intelligence questionnaire (1998), Zadboud et al., communication skills questionnaire (2022), Mojaradi social media literacy questionnaire (2014), and Ajzan knowledge sharing questionnaire (2006) were used to collect data. The reliability of the questionnaire was determined by the Cronbach alpha coefficient, which was equal to 0.89, 0.86, 0.81, and 0.79 respectively. Using SPSS and Amos software, data analysis was performed at both descriptive and inferential levels. Findings showed the fit of the conceptual model presented regarding the relationship between emotional intelligence, communication skills, social media literacy, and knowledge sharing among librarians (RMSEA=0.78, CFI=0.94, GFI=0.98). Also, it is recommended that in Iran's educational system and by the Iran Public Libraries Foundation, necessary planning should be done to strengthen the mentioned variables, especially emotional intelligence.

Scientific outputs that report on the findings of scientific research play a crucial role in enhancing knowledge, advancing science, and promoting research within academic communities. Therefore, The aim of this research project was to analyze the scientific outputs of Allameh Tabataba’i University and to represent it in the form of scientific maps, which was conducted using scientometrics research methods. The statistical population of this research consisted of all research reports from Allameh Tabatabai University, totaling 69,420 scientific outputs. In this study, analytical tools from citation databases, reports from the university's research systems, and bibliometric tools were utilized to collect the necessary data. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, social network analysis, and co-occurrence of keywords. UCINET and VOSviewer softwares were employed for analyzing centrality indicators and visualizing the networks. The findings revealed that out of 3,227 articles examined, 1,091 articles (18.6%) were published in the field of social sciences, 666 articles (11.4%) in the field of medicine, and 493 articles (8.4%) in the field of computer science. In terms of book publications, the Faculty of Persian Literature and Foreign Languages led with 1,170 books published. A review of over 28,000 domestic articles from the university showed that the keywords Iran, effectiveness, students, and quality evaluation were most commonly employed. Overall, it can be stated that mapping scientific outputs plays a significant role in enhancing the credibility and transparency of research results, advancing research development, and increasing the visibility of scientific outputs.

The aim of the present research is to determine and rank the factors affecting the implementation of an electronic city plan using the Analytic Hierarchy Process. The research method is descriptive in nature and, given its purpose, is applied, quantitative, and survey-based. The statistical population in this research includes 21 experts. Due to the limited statistical population, the sample size is considered the same as the statistical population (21 individuals). Purposeful sampling was used in this research through both library research and questionnaires to collect data. In order to assess the validity of the research questionnaires, experts were consulted. The questionnaires were distributed to several experts and management professors, and their feedback was taken into consideration. The validity of the questionnaires was ultimately confirmed. In order to determine the reliability of the questionnaires (pairwise comparisons), the inconsistency rate was calculated for each pairwise comparison matrix. The overall inconsistency rate was 0.06, which is acceptable with a scale of 0 to 1, indicating that the matrices are reliable. Data analysis was conducted using Choice Expert software and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). According to the expert opinions, organizational factors are the most important (weight 29.0) and political factors are the least important (weight 19.0).

The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating investigating the effect of knowledge sharing and organizational intelligence on organizational entrepreneurship with the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior among school teachers in Galedar city. In terms of purpose and nature, the current research is applied, and in terms of data collection, it is descriptive of the type of correlation based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population of the research included all the teachers of Galhdar city in the academic year of 2022-2023, numbering 702 people. The size of the sample was considered to be 248 people according to the statistical population and using proportional stratified random sampling method and Morgan's table. To collect data, the standard questionnaires of knowledge sharing by Wang et al. (2008), Albrecht's organizational intelligence (2002), organizational citizenship behavior (1998) and Margaret Hill's organizational entrepreneurship (2003) were used. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by face and content validity methods and the reliability coefficient was estimated by Cronbach's alpha method 0.83, 0.75, 0.88 and 0.72 respectively. The results showed that knowledge sharing (β=0.73), organizational intelligence (β=0.85) and organizational citizenship behavior (β=0.55) have a direct, positive and significant impact on organizational entrepreneurship have. Also, knowledge sharing (β=0.47) and organizational intelligence (β=0.39) have a direct, positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Sharing organizational knowledge and intelligence through the mediation of organizational citizenship behavior has an indirect effect on organizational entrepreneurship.

Libraries, as organizations that serve people, have consistently adapted their resources, facilities, and services to align with the evolving information needs of their patrons. Therefore, the current research aim is study the development and evolution of library’s softwares.Methodology: This article employs a historical approach to the method of narrative review and review of the best evidence. It attempts to illustrate the trajectory of domestic and foreign research from the 1950s to the present, describe and explain suitable examples of library software, and identify future directions. From the initial indications of automation in libraries, to the emergence of bibliographic data software, integrated systems, web-based and interactive software, and now at the threshold of transforming library software into a communication platform between different stakeholders, this research has introduced and reviewed the features of new generation software, including WMS, Alma, Follio, Bluecloud, Sierra, Open Skys, Follet.Conclusion: A review of the historical development of a phenomenon can provide insights that inform future directions and strategies. Based on the findings of this study, it is recommended that the major library software companies in Iran assess the capabilities of their software in comparison to the capabilities of the included popular software. New generation library service will be based on technology of platform and also, adaptability, complexity and testable, visibility, comparative advantage.

The current research is practical in terms of its purpose, which has investigated the effect of organizational memory on organizational agility using a descriptive-survey method. In this research, the mediating role of counter-knowledge and knowledge application variables was investigated. In order to analyze the data, the partial least squares method was used in Smart PLS software. The statistical population of the research included employees working in the Alborz Science and Technology Park province (growth centers and technology units) in 2024. The total number of these people was 178. The sample size was calculated with the help of Cochran's formula, 122 people. In order to collect primary data, the questionnaire of Cagarra-Navarro and Martello-Landroguez (2020) was used. This combined questionnaire measured the variable of organizational memory from the questionnaire of Chu, Cheng, Cheng, and Tsai (2007), measured the variable of organizational agility from the questionnaire of Lu and Ramamurthy(2011), to measure the variable Counter-knowledge questionnaire used by Chapman and Farfolja (2001) and Gold, Malhotra, and Segars (2001) questionnaire was used to measure knowledge application variable.
